Goal

To pay attention to problems concerning lakes, to facilitate protection and reasonable usage of lakes.

Tasks

1. To gather and publish ALL available information about lakes in Latvia.
2. To eliminate information loss and ensure its availability
3. To ensure information interoperability
4. To publish all scientific, popular-science and publicistic articles in latvian about lakes
5. To gather expert and interesent opinions regarding lake protection and management. To manage discussions about opinions and project documents.
